Pyogenic granuloma-like lesions are rare side-effects of systemic and topical isotretinoin treatment. A 18-year-old patient suffering from acne phlegmonosa, in whom pyogenic granuloma-like gelatinous tumors occurred after 3 months of Roaccutane therapy is presented.
