The author presents his own method of imaging in the visualization of pathological lesions of uterus vascularization with the application of the Power-Doppler system. He analyses differences in myomas and adenomyosis vascularization pattern and proves the importance of the described method in diagnostics and monitoring of GnRH analogues treatment results.
